Have encountered Kia at his first start in 2007 in Amsterdam. Trouble with lost photograph files were a first quick result.

Over the years he helped to transfer/restart and upgrade 3 generations of apple machines. The latest, a black out of my Mac 27inch master machine. Repair of software etcetera was completed within 2 days costing a few hours, saving weeks of recovery work by ourselves.

Kia is recommended for his rapid response and nonsense action. would recommend him to all small business Apple users.
